Laboring Through Labor Day

Laboring Through Labor Day Mold in the undercroft was fully remediated this Monday — Labor Day! A professional remediation crew put in the work, with our project managers on-site the whole time.

Small Upgrades Along the Way Work continued on the pump's electrical setup as we await the arrival of the new sump pump. We've also discovered a few light fixtures that need to be replaced. Little by little, every corner of the campus is getting some care.

Confirming the Fix We now have appointments scheduled with two foundation companies to inspect and confirm that the leak issue has indeed been resolved.

A Fresh Face Outside This weekend, power washing starts on the exterior of the building.

Fire Door: Fingers Crossed Our team started prep work this week in anticipation of repairs to the Fire Door, which we hope will happen in the next two weeks — fingers crossed 🤞!
