A busy week with vendors; Drainage update; A look back in time.

Updates on drainage and leaks, the office, the floor, and the animal kingdom.

It was a rollercoaster week of ups and downs at St. Gabriel's at Our Redeemer.

We learned this week that the Parish Hall fire door — which must be in good working order before occupancy can be granted — has bigger problems than we initially thought. We're awaiting a detailed estimate before we know next steps.

This week, our project management team met on-site with roofers, electricians, fire door technicians, a well (water) contractor, and landscapers — real conversations, real estimates, and real progress toward bringing the campus back to life after two years of sitting empty.

We received the keys to Church of Our Redeemer this week, and the maintenance and restoration work needed to obtain a certificate of occupancy is already in full swing!

On Thursday, July 16th, the Diocese of Virginia notified us that St. Gabriel's~San Gabriel can officially occupy the Church of Our Redeemer in Aldie, VA!
